Simply delicious! We are firmly convinced that our hay milk products are quite special. Our cows spend the whole summer on the alpine pastures, grazing on the best grass and mountain herbs.

The products are so nutritious, natural and, above all, healthy.

You'll get to sample these here on the Breierhof farm over breakfast on the sun terrace with homemade yoghurt, fresh Zillertal hay milk, oven-fresh bread spread with butter, along with herbs picked from the garden for a fragrant herbal tea or a homemade elderberry juice with water from our own natural spring.
