Zillertal Dairy
Such a thing only exists here in Zillertal... How is Zillertal “Graukäse” (Tyrolean grey cheese) made, how is butter packed in the paper and how does milk get into the carton? You can find all this out and more at the working dairy in Zillertal. Just 15 minutes by car from our farm, you can watch experts at work through glass facades and find out how the Zillertal specialities are made. Our cows on the Breierhof farm also supply the purest hay milk to the dairy fresh each day.

“Zirbe” stone pine, a natural product from Zillertal
Our forests are full of it and we often don't realize just how valuable it is. We are talking about the natural product wood. We often bring it into our homes disguised as furniture, decoration or as essential oil to enjoy its naturalness. Among all the different types of wood, Tyrolean stone pine is particularly special. “The queen of the Alps”, as it is popularly known, lives up to its name and you will find it just below the tree line on a mountain hike in Zillertal.
