The cabin lies at an altitude of 1,800 metres at a junction of the Zillertaler Höhenstraße alpine road. The Almhütte is easy to reach by car and there is a car park on site. It is peacefully situated surrounded by green meadows with wonderful panoramic views of the Zillertal mountains stretching as far as the Hintertux Glacier.

For a family and hiking holiday, our Almhütte Zillertal is a very special place for pure relaxation. Our recently renovated alpine cabin has two separate sleeping areas, a mattress room, a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room with beautiful corner seating, a modern bathroom with hot running water and a toilet.

Our alpine cabin is perfect for those looking to get back to basics. Enjoy the crackle of the fire in the stove in the mornings, which also heats up the cabin, and the romantic atmosphere of candlelit evenings. Our Almhütte even has its own drinking water spring. Water is life! Experience the refreshing and healing effect of our water on your body and mind. You will also notice how much softer and silkier your skin and hair will feel after using our water for your daily care. There is also a power supply.
